Visiting a Zoo Paragraph For SSC HSC Students
A zoo means a zoological park or zoological garden. In this park or garden, animals and birds are confined within enclosures. They are also displayed to the public. It is a very interesting place for visiting in leisure. A few dave ago, I along with my cousin visited ‘Dhaka Zoo’ at Mirpur. It was in the morning of a public holiday. Purchasing tickets, we entered the zoo. This is one of the biggest zoos in the world. It covers a húge area of 313 acres. There are about 2,500 species of animals in the zoo. During the visit, we saw many kinds of birds and animals Among them monkeys, tigers, lions, giraffes, and elephants, were our main attractions. Going near their cages, we closely observed their nature and habits.- We also watched many unknown birds in the zoo. We saw a small water pond with many kinds of birds swimming in it. They twittered, chirped, and whistled. They presented nature’s voice. We saw many other faunas like crocodiles, snakes, frogs, fish ad a hundred other creatures. We were excited about riding on an elephant. We were also very lucky to see the plumage of a peacock. I felt as if I had been in the middle of a forest. We stayed there till noon. When we got ready to leave the zoo, I was very sorry to feel the helpless state of the birds and animals in their cages.
