Last Saturday was a memorable day in my life. I did something which made me noble in the eyes of others. I went to the river for taking a bath. The bathing place was not crowded enough then. Only two boys were bathing at that time. Suddenly one of them fell into deep water and cried out loudly for help. The other boy could do nothing but cried for help as well. I rushed to the spot and saw that the boy was about to drown. I immediately jumped into the river to rescue the boy. In my co-curricular classes, I learned how to rescue a drowning boy. So, I took the boy by his hair and slowly pulled him to the bank. In the meantime, many people gathered there and observed the incident. With the help of some people, the boy was taken to the bank. I gave the boy first aid and then sent him to a doctor. The people present there praised me for my intelligence and bravery. The parents of the boy also expressed their gratefulness to me.
