One day a crow became very thirsty. He flew from place to place in search of water. But he found no water. He continued his search for water. At last he saw a jar. He peeped into the jar and saw that there was a little water at the bottom of it. He tried to drink some water but his bill could not reach it. He tried again and again but in vain. He became very sad and hopeless. Suddenly, he saw some small pieces of stone near the jar. A good idea came into his head. He picked up the stones and dropped them into the jar one by one. As a result, the water came up to the brim. The crow then drank water from it to his heart’s content and flew away with a joyful mind.

One day a crow became very thirsty. He flew from one place to another in search of water. But he found no water. He continued his search for water in order to save his life. At last, he saw a jar at a distance and flew down to it. There was a little water at the bottom of the jar but it was too low for the crow. The crow tried to upset the jar but he was not strong enough to do it. The crow was in a fix what to do. But he did not lose heart. He tried to overturn the jar but failed. He was about to fly away when he saw some stones a little away from the jar. At once he hit upon a plan. He picked up the stones one by one and dropped them into the jar. When he dropped a large number of stones, the water in the jar rose high enough for him to reach it. Then the crow quenched its thirst drinking water to his heart’s content.
